The Energy sector has significantly improved its relationship with its customers in Italy through digital channels. Operators in the sector are among the Italian companies that know their customers best: 80 percent believe their knowledge is at least sufficient (vs. 50 percent in 2022), with an average of 6.7 out of 10 (vs. an overall average for all sectors of 6.05) and 40 percent rate it as good or excellent.

Il settore Energy ha migliorato significativamente il rapporto con i propri clienti in Italia attraverso i canali digitali. Gli operatori del settore sono, infatti, tra le aziende italiane che meglio conoscono i propri clienti: l’80% ritiene che la propria conoscenza sia almeno sufficiente (vs 50% nel 2022), con una media di 6,7 su 10 (vs una media complessiva per tutti i settori di 6,05) e il 40% la valuta buona o ottima.
